Job Responsibilities
Analyze market demand and forecast daily/monthly/annual sales target, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets of the fish feed & fry sales and increase market share.
Direct, supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure that fish feed & fry sales targets are achieved within the specified timeline.
Enhance the selling price of fish fry by considering factors such as cost, competition, market demand and prices from internal sales, competitors and the overall market.
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors by establishing clear communication channels in order to enhance the business.
Collect information on market demand and communicate it to the production team in order to meet sales demand.
Manage the budget for the sales team, ensure that all expenditures are within budget and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of sales activities.
Forecast business possibilities and develop sales team to achieve the business target within the timeline.
Develop a comprehensive training calendar and prepare training modules to train, educate and counsel the team on key aspects of overall operations; enforce a performance-driven culture within the department.
Review all kinds of daily/weekly/monthly sales summary reports and provide it to management to demonstrate accountability within the specified deadline.
Develop, review and update credit policies
Prepare analytical report on fish fry performance & FCR of feed

Educational Requirements
B Sc./ M Sc. in Fisheries/ Aquaculture from reputed University will be preferred
Experience Requirements
12 to 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Minimum 4- 5 years of managerial experience in fish feed & fry sales.
12-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fish fry industry.
Good understanding of fisheries business and fish fry sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
Update knowledge of fish health and nutrition
