Job Responsibilities
- Prepare yearly production plan and budget for hatchery operation
- Implement the production plan and achieve the profit target as per approved budget
- Delegate production activity to the respective persons and ensure their job accomplishment through regular monitoring and follow up
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth sale of the produced products and strive for continuous improvement of product quality and customer service
- Ensure the compliance of organizational and government regulatory requirements in all aspects of hatchery operation
- Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with the respective management
- Keep effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders for smooth operation of the hatchery.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements
- Candidate should have B.Sc (Hon’s) or M.Sc in Fisheries with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.
